Job Description

– Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
– Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
– Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
– Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
– Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
– Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
– Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
– Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
– Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
– Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime and rental fee.
– Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
– Motivating and disciplining staffs

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
– 3-4 years Experience in Warehouse Management
– Very good at computer literacy such Microsoft word and Excel, email, and power point
– Be good at communicate by English
– Be flexible and can work under pressure
– Be honest and loyal to Company.
