  • Job Description

      -Troubleshooting telecom network and internet problems as well as diagnosing and figuring out software/hardware faults
    -Work closely with engineer team to maintain and facilitate customer in good service
    -Other task related with technical supporting

     

    Job Requirements

      -A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering;
    -Experience in a Networking or IT are welcome.
    -CCNA2/3 (able to configure VLAN, VTP, Trunk, ACL, IOS…etc) – are welcome.
    -IP routing (RIP, OSPF, NAT, PAT, ACL, Firewall…etc)
    -Troubleshooting and problem resolution (both hardware and software)
    -Able to work at night and shift rotation (if need)
    -Ability to analyze and fix problem
    -Able to draw and design scheme
    -English level: good speaking/reading/writing
