|• Provide support to customer by phone
• Troubleshooting network and internet problems as well as diagnosing and figuring out software/hardware faults
• Deliver a high-level of customer service, which is proactive, cooperative and dependable by analyzing client complaints.
• Working continuously on a task until completion and respond within agreed time limits to call-outs/follow ups
• Work closely with engineer team to maintain and facilitate customers in good support
• Other task related with technical supporting.
|• At least second year university student in field of Information Technology or related field
• Experience in a network broadband LAN, WAN is preferred
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution (both hardware and software)
• Able to Work At night and shift rotation ( if need )
• Able to perform in stressful environment or conditions
• Good command of English
• Discipline is a must
Working Date : 6days / week
