  • Job Description

      • Investigate cs back office’s problems and find solutions.
    • Communicate with internal department related via phone, email, or letter
    • Resolve complaints and order issues
    • Analyze/ collecting data and statistic
    • Train managers on how to effectively lead customer service agent

     

    Job Requirements

      • BBA degree
    • 2year experience in customer Service
    • Able to work as a team
    • Female is priority

    – Working time : 7:30 – 5PM
    – Working Day : 5 days per week
    – Holiday : Public holiday
