|– Build and retain excellent relationship with customers
– Check and follow-up sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on customer,
– Direct sales team to achieve the sales target on monthly basis,
– Evaluate sales rep performance and give necessary training such as product knowledge/selling skills….) to improve and develop their competence.
– Review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution
– Prepare sales reports to head of sales executive.
|– Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing
– 2- 3 year experience related field (FMCG) is preferable
– Be entrepreneurial, a leader, adaptable, and passionate person.
– Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem solving skills
– Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Advance Excel/ Word)
– Language Requirement: Good command of English
