1. Service Department Support
– Interface with Service Technician and ensure the parts and Accessories need are being met.
– Take Service Technicians’ orders for parts and fill them as fast as possible.
– Update inventory system and part catalogue.
2. Customer Service
– Assist customer determination of parts and Accessories requirement and research merchandise in catalogs.
3. Clean Efficient Parts & Accessories Environment
4. High level of communication with customers and suppliers
• Have a minimum 5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of vehicle spare part
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Strong Understanding of automotive technology
• Preference: English Speaking, Computer Skill
