  • Job Description

    • Attend networking events and perform cold calling to find new prospects
    • Meet with current and potential clients to understand their people development needs and to promote benefits of TCS services
    • Provide information for proposals and follow up these proposals to close the sale
    • Sell TCS services and seats to public promotional workshops
    • Suggest improvements to TCS services based on feedback and market trends
    • Assist with the handling of enquiries and complaints related to TCS services (The Capacity Specialists (TCS)


    Job Requirements

    • Degree qualified in business related field such as marketing or management
    • Experience in B2B sales preferred
    • Good understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
    • Ability to interact and build strong relationships with all levels / types of people
    • Well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of written and spoken English and Khmer
    • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
    • Ability to develop new ideas and identify and analyse new market opportunities
    • Professional attitude, honest and hard working
    • Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunities
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results oriented
    • Computer literacy
    • Own transport
