  • Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

    – Route riding with sales staffs in the market (Coaching)
    – L3 Evaluation Sales performance during OJT
    – Review/Feedback on good/poor Sales performance
    – Coach; actively encourage all relevant team members to use information available to manage respective area of responsibility.
    – Submit Sales performance report to manager
    – Prepare training materials
    – Conduct training to Sales Staffs
    – L1 & L2 Evaluation
    – Translate training modules from English to Khmer
    – Twice yearly performance review conducted by end of June & end of December
    – 100% compliance to BIG PDP guidelines
    – Before recruited ensure that 100% is fit to competency requirement
    – Control turnover less than Company standards
    – 100% adherence to the requirement & selection policies
    – All breach of HR policies & procedures reported to HR with 24 hours
    – Comply with Company COBC
    – Follow up BIG value
    – 100% compliance to training administration documentation
    – All individuals trained & developed 100% against development plan/identified gaps per competency
    – All competency gaps identified for team members annually
    – 100% adherence to process requirement set by TCCCS
    – 100% compliance to internal & external audit
    – Do OJT and Managed Training to Sales Staffs in Battambang

    Requirements:

    – 1-2 year experience in related skills
    – Bachelor’s degree of related major
    – English proficiency
    – Good intrapersonal, team building and commitment
    – Employment & performance management
    – Leadership & staff management
    – Problem solving
    – Negotiation skills
