  • Job Description

      1.Scope of working:

    – Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Head Office and assigned location based on the business needs.

    2.Duties & responsibilities:

    – Administer sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers;
    – Operate the day-to-day sales operations;
    – Maintain and develop relationships with customer;
    – Introduce and assist customer for products available;
    – Present and demonstrate about Borey Peng Huoth products to customer;
    – Greet customers with a customer service standard;
    – Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets;
    – Provide consultation to the customers, customer orientation, and other assigned tasks from direct supervisor/manager.

     

    Job Requirements

      3. Qualification & requirement:

    – Doing or hold Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields;
    – At Least 1 year experience in sales, customer service or hospitality;
    – Strong commitment to work with different types of customer;
    – Good service orientation;
    – Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift basis;
    – Good computer literacy in Ms Office;
    – Good oral and written in Khmer and English;
    – Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills;
    – Goal oriented and drive for result;
    – Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
    – Applicant who can speaks Chinese is preferred.

    4. Working Days and Hours:

    – Monday to Sunday (Rotated day off): 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
    – Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

    5. Working place:

    – Sales Officer is based in Head Office, the department of Sales.

    6.Relationship:
    Sales Officer reports directly to Sales Supervisor/ Manager.
