    VTRUST Property Co., Ltd is a Phnom Penh based real estate investment and management company offering leasing solution both commercial and residential and also facility management services provider. To support the expanding, VTRUST Property Co. Ltd is looking for qualified candidates to fill for the Various position below:

    1-Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    ·         Promote, demonstrate and sell the range of products and services

    ·         Full responsible to lead sales team

    ·         Respond to customers’ requests for product information and quotations

    ·         Assist with providing training to new and existing customers

    ·         Develop and implement marketing plans for designated market segments

    ·         Develop new advertising sales business and grow existing business

    ·         Carries out the entire sales process from initial contact to close

    ·         Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets and maximize profitability

    ·         Identify & develop new sales leads with a drive to grow revenue streams

    ·         Maximize customer facing activities with the ability to listen, understand and communicate strategic solutions, utilizing effective discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities

    ·         Produce sales reports & forecasts, analyze market & sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue & market share and monitor sales performance to exceed established revenue plan

    ·         Oversee day-to-day performance of advertising partnerships and integrate across internal departments to ensure collaboration & optimization to develop successful campaign solutions.

    ·         Maintain client/agency relationships

    ·         Interact with key decisions-makers across the organization to achieve individual and team objectives

    ·         Participates in mentoring less experienced members of the team

    ·         Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.

    Requirement

    ·         Min 5 years’ experience in related fields

    ·         Knowledge of Property market

    ·         Computer literate, Auto cad and any design software is a plus

    ·         Good Communication skill

    ·         Strong decision making and well organize

    ·         Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline

    ·         Excellent leadership, workaholics, highly analytical and maintain integrity.

    ·         Excellent command of both spoken and written English and mandarin or other language is a plus.

     

    2-Administrative & HR Manager

    Responsibilities

    ·         Full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to recruitment and selection process, payroll calculation and approval.

    ·         Handle new employees’ on-board and leavers off-boarding process

    ·         Assure data accuracy and timely update in HR database

    ·         Review, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR procedures

    ·         Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

    ·         Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    ·         Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

    ·         Support admin and other tasks as assigned

    Requirement

    ·         Bachelor Degree in Management or relevant fields

    ·         Min 5 years’ experience in related fields

    ·         Sound knowledge in Cambodian labor law and its implementation

    ·         Strong decision making and well organize

    ·         Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline. Ability to work independently, with high level skills in problem solving.

    ·         Excellent leadership, workaholics, highly analytical and maintain integrity.

    ·         A good communicator with good interpersonal skills. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and mandarin or other language is a plus.

    3-Property Manager

    Responsibilities

    ·         Handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals for portfolio assigned

    ·         Responsible for leasing and tenancy administration functions including but not limited to facilitating of tenancy agreements, tenancy renewal and/or termination.

    ·         Developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for the company or department

    ·         Manage all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental and renewals negotiations, development of attractive leasing packages, promotions.

    ·         Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing report and schedules.

    ·         Able to liaise and co-ordinate with Consultant, relevant Authority agency, Client and contractor.

    ·         Coordinate with tenant in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out through to move in.

    ·         Follow-up with clients for documentation related to the projects and lease documentation.

    ·         Assist to develop, design and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio.

    ·         Preparation of tenants fit-out criteria handbook, management of tenants fitting out, coordination of procedures, ensure adherence to statutory regulations.

    ·         Work closely with the sales and marketing department and partake in all marketing and promotional activities/campaigns.

    ·         Work closely with Sales Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure property is ready for tenants to move-in on agreed date.

    ·         Produce weekly leasing report and ensure that master list is up to date

    ·         Assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the senior management.

    Requirement

    ·         Bachelor Degree in Management and Engineering

    ·         Min 3 years’ experience in related fields

    ·         Computer literate, AutoCAD or any design software is a plus

    ·         Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline.

    ·         Ability to work independently, with high level skills in problem solving.

    ·         Excellent leadership, workaholics, highly analytical and maintain integrity.

    ·         A good communicator with good interpersonal skills. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and mandarin or other language is a plus.

    4-Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative support
    • Attend to incoming calls and incoming guest
    • Assist in booking and managing the schedule of company’s cars
    • Assist in preparing monthly roster, checking and monitoring staff attendance
    • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

    Requirements

    • University students or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
    • Good interpersonal skill
    • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
    • Good command in spoken and written English, mandarin is a plus

    5-Customer Service                       

    Responsibilities

    ·         Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.

    ·         Provide product, pricing and delivery information to customers

    ·         Provide updated information related to the sale order such as delivery time and status to the customers and sale representatives.

    ·         Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution where possible

    ·         Maintain customer relationship

    Requirements

    • University students or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
    • Comprehensive reading, writing both Khmer and English and arithmetic skills required.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
    • Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in relevant functions of Sage system.
