  • Job Description

      ** Purpose of this position
    To support Tour Sale Manager in preparing the sale planning, strategies, provide the technical know – how to sale force by facilitating/providing the training (on-the job & off the job training) and moreover she/her develop the sale manual and some of SOP/ sale procedure for Tour Sale Department. S/he will provide the leadership skills and management to subordinates. To manage the staff performance and engage in employee relation process. To maintain the set standardization of front office staff greeting and behavior by comply with company’s rule, regulation and code of business conduct. To lead team for achieving the sales target setting by company.

    ** Job Responsibilities
    – To develop sales planning and strategies for increase sales volume and profits
    – To develop and lead the sales training for sale forces
    – To ensure that team sales hit the set sales targets
    – Staff, performance development management
    – Join/share in marketing activities


    Job Requirements

      – Bachelor degree in Sale and Marketing or Business Administration
    – At least 3 years’ experience in sales and 1 years as a supervisor
    – Knowledge in Develop the sales planning, strategies and working standard, SOP and Sales Manual
    – Knowledge Staff, performance and problem solving management
    – Effective Communication and Facilitation Skill
    – Good command in English or Chinese and Khmer
