|– Target achievement total sales, by client, key products for the responsible regional (Monthly target, quarterly and annual target)
– Classification customers and ensure the activity based KPI’s are achieved.
– Manage credit risks by control customer credit risk and return on instant messaging.
– Effectively implement territory management by regularly visiting customers according to call management analysis using current available support system and provide excellent sales and customer service, and report any change of customers
– Follow up on the product deliveries, replacement of goods return as well as wrong product deliveries
– Penetrate / establish new outlets as well as observe market situations, customers financial situations, product movement and competitors’ activities
– Support other functions and organize internal operation to satisfy customers’ needs
– Share best practice and key success/failure learning to the team
