– Lead and manage field sales force located in various provinces to attain sales and operational goals as assigned by company.
– Establish regional sales objectives by creating a sales plan, visitation plan for provinces in support of overall company objectives.
– Expand Smart dealer base by counselling field sales supervisor, building and maintaining relationship with dealers and identify channel expansion opportunities
– Accomplish regional sales force human resources objective of recruiting, selecting, developing and disciplining field sales teams in assigned provinces.
– Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing information and recommendation to strategic plans, completing action plans, and resolving operational problems.
– Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or any related field
– Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
– Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
