  • Job Description

      • To operate and responsible function related to Purchasing starting from receiving approved PRV, sourcing quotations and PO issuance until shipment is received timely in full
    • To work closely with marketing team and other stakeholders on POSM material and artwork requirement to start operation purchasing to ensure continuity in supply
    • To carefully checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity. Procurement Assistants must verify that product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before obtaining authorization to place an order
    • To assist on monitoring order status from time to time to ensure delivery time meets the requirement date
    • To keep update information on any changes which effecting supply planning to management and other key stakeholders
    • To closely monitor and follow with suppliers on issues to speed up the delivery as per schedule
    • To use SAP system & Microsoft systems for doing operation record by daily, weekly to be updated timely
    • To ensure all suppliers invoice are verified for payment
    • To learn, develop skill to meet competency skills required
    • To do any other tasks or function as and when required by management.


    Job Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing and/or commercial field or a related area
    • Knowledge of operational and reporting
    • Knowledge of business model & management
    • Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of employees and workers
    • Knowledge of Administration & Accounting
    • Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Communication and problem solving skills
    • Having a good proficiency in SAP system, Microsoft office suite, and Adobe Software
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Flexible to travel
    • Willing to change mindset
    • Step out of comfort zone and challenges.
