Job Description
The position is for a bridge engineer(SE) and responsible for communicating Japanese-language projects to local engineers and connecting between Japanese and locals.
– Interpretation between Japan head office and Cambodia branch office (take requests from Japan and reflect them to the on-site team in Cambodia)
– Requirements definition for web application development (in some cases, you may be asked to participate in the development)
– Project management
– Conduct periodic debriefing meetings and presentations to keep the Japanese side informed of the status of the project
– Explanation of the project plan to the offshore company
– Quality check of deliverables
– Setting up and facilitation of meetings between Japan and offshore sites.
Job Requirement
– JLPT N1-N2 level
– Good communication skill, has high potential for work
– Able to understand Japanese including IT field words and translate it to Khmer or English
– Have knowledge of the entire process, including back and front-end engineering
– Able to work as a team and cooperate well with others
– Proficiency in English or Khmer
– Interested in IT technology field.
Priority
– Able to write / read / speak Japanese at advance level
– Has knowledge in IT, programming, Web developing
– Master/Bachelor’s degree from foreign university
– Experience in project management
– Experience in developing AWS is highly welcome.
