Job Description
This position is responsible for the overall manufacturing/production management of automotive components.
The company is about to start an automotive parts manufacturing/assembly operation in December at newly constructed new facilities and is currently in urgent need of Production management Staff.
– Work related to production planning
– Work related to production process management
– Work related to production line management
– Work related to production engineering
– Work related to quality control
– Work related to inspection of production products
– Work related to stock control
– Work related to the receiving and shipping of raw materials and products
– Work related to the training of production workers
– Other work as assigned.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak and write English at Good level
– Good behavior, Hard working, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
– Accuracy in production management work
– High interest in the production management of automotive components
– Able to work for a long period.
Priority
– Degree in manufacturing, technology or engineering
– Experience of working at factory
– Able to speak Thai to communicate with Thai workers
– Working experience in production management in a factory
– Ability to think logically
– Ability to communicate, negotiate, lead, and solve problems with employees, especially field operators
