OH&S stands for Occupational Health and Safety Management.
The main jobs are:
Creating the SOP (standard operating procedure ) /Policies, process and procedure to get them approved for daily implementation at plant site.
Daily follow up and check the flow of working and getting feedback from practical things then make somethings changed as necessary.
Coordinating with HR, Training Manager to set up the training sessions and getting plant personnel involved with the capacity building opportunity.
Discuss issues, exchange ideas with supervisors to control the risk management to ensure zero hazard at workplace

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management and Environmental Engineering or in a related field or the equivalent experience.
At least 5-7 years of experience in the OHS&E field managing and implementing programs
Effective written and oral communicator in English with all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
Team-orientated approach, with ability to work independently as a self-starter
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making ability through performance, assessment and interview process is required
Ability to develop relationships and influence through strong customer orientation
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
Good in both written and spoken English
Self-initiative, people oriented and strong leadership skill
Integrity and good coordination skill
Cost/ Result driven with the initiative thinking
Good planning & organizing skills
Experiences in industrial hygiene is a plus;
Safety certifications (CSP, CIH, CMSP, etc.) a plus
Effective Negotiation skills is preferable
*Basic working hour is as below, but this position is required to work in a shift if necessary.
From Mon to Thurs (8:00am to 6:00pm, break for lunch from 12pm to 1pm).
On Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) , break for lunch from 12 to 1pm.
Day off: Sat and Sun
