Job Description
Manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the Home Access company, including software applications, network, systems server, printer, phone systems, sound systems, camera security, Access control door, Fingerprint attendance, internet, email, and end-user computer…etc.
– Planning Proposal to implement and make upgrades to hold Network, Systems, Servers, for Home Access Infrastructures to modern standard Virtualization with Backup and replication.
– Manage multiple cloud-based hosting cPanel (Home Access website and user email).
– Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as multiple outside IT service providers, supplier printers, supplier computers…etc.
– Provide help desk and technical service assistance to on-site and remote employees (Office and Home)
– Provide technical support for Conical Hat Systems, and some applications for all user showroom, sale, account, sub dialer, marketing, project sale …etc.
– Provide multi support for user Home Access, Than’s Building, Kinbon House, Warehouse and Siem Reap showroom for internet connection, Camera Security, Access control door, network printer…etc.
– Supervises the ordering and inventory computer, network equipment, printer, router, and some accessories related.
– Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems.
– Implement, maintain, monitor and ensure for reduce network downtimes.
– Weekly check and backup all data, network configurations.
– Monthly check maintenance and upgrades of network devices such as switch, router, wireless, user computer, network printer, server and systems company.
– Manage IT staff and operations, provide training professional development, create work assignments, Help desk well supporting user…etc.
– Analyses the company’s technology needs, develop systems and software, implement hardware and software.
– Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or relate field
– English for communications
– Certify or completed course computer Repairing
– Certify or completed course Windows Server 2012 R2 or up
– Certify or completed course CCNA or Network++ / CCNA Security or relate field
– Certify or completed course Network Firewall and Wireless security or relate field
– Certify or completed course Windows Server 2012 R2 or up
– Knowledge for open soft, Linux, Mac OS, Ubuntu operating systems
– Excellent knowledge of information technology general controls, data and security, computer hardware/software systems.
– Direct experience with managing windows server AD DNS, Filesharing, DHCP, Antivirus, RDP, …etc.
– Demonstrated experience leading and / or managing IT projects
– Understanding and experience with managing IT infrastructure including systems, personal computing, help desk, servers, and printers sharing
– Understanding and experience with managing data network and telecommunications systems
– Ability to effectively all personnel levels, oral and written communication
– Problem’s solver.
