Job Description
This position is under Administrative Department team(tentative) based in Phnom Penh Office, occasional domestic business trip and possible for transfer to Sihanoukville office. This position is responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving related to IT problems.
– Provide IT support to all staff related to file sharing, printer, networking, computer hardware and software…
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
– Implement IT policy and enforce security
– Trouble shooting internet or network problem
– Support marketing team to manage and govern E-commerce applications backend and frontend and follow up with developer for technical and development process
– Providing technical support to marketing team as necessary(by a person or over the phone)
– Responding in a timely manner to service issues & requests
– Other duties assigned by manager
Job Requirement
– At least 2 years experience in IT support and apps development
– Must have a Bachelor Degree or above
– Good to Advanced level of English
– Have good attitude towards work
– Team Work, Interpersonal, and Strong Communication Skill.
– Be able to work with shift schedule (including holiday shift)
Priority
– Bachelors degree of Computer Science, Network Security or other related field
– Knowledge of IOS and Android apps programming or development, Knowledge of website maintenance and management, Knowledge of System Administration
– Working experience of warehousing in foreign company
– Able to speak daily conversation level of Japanese.
