-Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing
job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
-Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting all
managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
-Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, health,
-Preparing staff handbooks;
-Administering and maintaining employee records;
-Planning, and sometimes delivering, training – including inductions for new staff;
-Other duties and tasks assigned by the Management.
HR INTERN = 1 PERSON
|-Year 3 or 4 university students in Accounting or any fresh graduated student in related fields is
preferable for Accounting intern
-Fresh graduated University degree or at least 3rd year students in English and Human Resources
is preferred for HR intern and translation intern.
-Able to intern full day
-Good in English communication in Speaking and Writing
-Computer skills in MS Office.
-Positive attitude, team player
-Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
-Flexible and proactive in taking on assignments and responsibilities and willingness to learn.
-Able to deal with information in a confidential manner and responsibility.
* Monthly allowance is paid and internship certificate will be issued upon complete of the internship.
