1. Sourcing of suppliers or potential suppliers in the local and international to ensure assortment is needed according to current trend.
2. Negotiating with supplier for the best term and condition in order to achieve the margin according to company target.
3. Managing the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
4. Ensuring the subordinate to provide good customer service.
5. Analyzing and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
6. Follow up with suppliers for prompt delivery, quality, and quantity according to requirement.
7. Other duties as assigned by Management
1. University Degree in or recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
2. Having similar experience at least 2 years.
3. Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
4. Good in communication, interpersonal skill and good time management.
5. Able to work rotate shift and weekend or holiday.
Having experiences as Household Merchandiser is an advantage.
