1.Develop and implement sales & distribution strategy for Traditional / dealer channels and Event Sales in line with the national sales & distribution strategy.
2.Lead ,manage and monitor Channel and Event sales team to deliver company’s sales target
3.Ensure the necessary infrastructure and processes to deliver brand, sales, trade and consumer programmes
4.To provide Leadership, vision and direction
1.Develop and implement sales and distribution plan in line with both regional and national strategies
2.Manage goals and KPIs for distributors / partner and direct reports; and track ongoing results to en-sure that objectives in terms of subs, revenue, sales growth, availability and visibility are achieved.
3.Establish close working relationship with all trade partners, namely distributor, dealer and partner, in order to gain company’s objective.
4.Manage the implementation of brand, trade and sales programs based on consumer and trade level.
5.Effectively and efficiently manage sales team and distributor team through coaching, motivation and staff development.
6.Explore and identifying on any business opportunities.
7.Acting as an ambassador and role model for Company‘s business.
8.Ensure regional Sales & Distribution team works in accordance to code of conduct and all corporate guidelines
9.Complete all other activities assigned by the supervisor as per management decision
