|– Be knowledge able with all Resort information and rooms category.
– Be familiar with all staff, management and extension number.
– Be attentively and ready to answer call coming and using proper telephone etiquette.
– All calls must be answer within 3 rings, in a clear and courteous voice.
– Knowledgeable with all information such as Airlines, Travel agencies, Shops, Restaurants, Banks and others interesting places……….
– Always provide up to date information to every gust.
– Responsible for smoothly running of daily operation.
– Provide assistance to the residents to make Local or IDD call.
– Ensure that costs are minimized by not wasting stationery and that the proper expenses are being charged to Operator section.
– Handle guest complains, guest enquire and to follow up with relevant department immediately.
– Ensure friendly and courteous behavior at all time to the gust.
– Coordinate with Supervisor to produce report for Front Office Manager
