-Managing our company’s Office Support Group, which includes Human Resources, IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance and other.
-Handling liaison with government departments regarding miscellaneous issues
-Setting up various office policies
-Channeling communication and coordination with different departments, including Construction, Sales & Marketing, Property Management and Finance etc.
– Must have Bachelor degree of Management or equivalent
– Management Skill, Coordination, follow Standards and analytical the business.
– Must have 2 years experience in a similar role
– Fluent in English
– Computer literacy: Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Email)
– Excellent speaking and presentation skills
– Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
– Strong interpersonal & communication skills
– Effective management style, hands-on and approachable
