  • Job Description

    1 – Cash Flow Management

    • Receive & Check invoices/bills correctly (Name, Address, VAT Number…..)
    •  Prepare & enter all invoices Payables in excel spreadsheet
    •  Prepare payment voucher for Vendors and expense claim for all staffs by using the account code, submit to FSO on the set up schedule.
    •  Inform Vendors about payment transferred and request for the receipt.
    •  Support main accounting staff following her direction

    2 – Administrative

    • Coordinate in preparing visa, work permit, resident card for expatriates.
    •  Coordinate to prepare the staff in & out process and submit to ministry of labour, and work permit task.
    •  Coordinate for the arrangement related to accommodation, car and others for expatriates.
    •  Coordinate to prepare the patent tax license and annual declaration.
    •  Booking the fly for all staffs and accommodation for the visitors and trainers.
    •  Keep employee documentation and maintains up-to-date records.
    •  Perform other tasks assigned by management

    3 – Logistics

    •  Process logistics operation mostly importing products from oversea branches
    •  Watch the progress and smoothly proceed it
    •  Document task



    Job Requirements

    • Good English for 4 commands fluent enough to make report for foreigner management
    •  Able to use Quickbooks
    •  Degree in Accounting field
    •  Work experience as Admin / Accounting / Logistics staff for 2 years
    •  Trustful person
    •  Not Job Hopper
    •  Fast learner. Not stick on own idea but able to accept supervisor’s order




    •  IQ score over 5 pts
    •  Able to handle the monthly and yearly tax declaration cooperating with external Accounting Firm
    •  Basic knowledge or experience in logistics
    •  Work experience as Supervisor or higher position in accounting department
    •  Work experience in similar field (Machine distributor and wholesaler, branch office of international big company)
    •  Work experience as accountant in Japanese company (or other international company also fine)
    •  Currently unemployment or being ready to start working in 1 week after the official offer
