  • Job Description

    – Work as the Manager of front customer service and hotel reservation.
    – Recruiting & training service staffs
    – Create service operation manual from zero and install it to staffs
    – Make staff’s evaluation system
    – Watch daily operation and advise if needed
    – Staff evaluation
    – Daily trouble shooting
    – Summarize the voices from customer and take advantage of it to improve service quality
    – Set up and customize Hotel Management System (Micros Opera)
    – Manage and control the reservation status of hotel room
    – Report the service related thing daily, monthly to the managers
    – Other tasks assigned by General Manager


    Job Requirements

    – Any nationality can apply, open for both local and foreigners
    – Must have good experience in customer service and operation management in high class hotel with proven track record (Not at small boutique hotel but at big hotels such as over 100 guest rooms)
    – Must be familiar with the hotel management system Micros Opera (
    – Excellent English skill to deal with foreigner customers
    – Work experience at international hotel and have dealt with foreigner customers
    – Ability to train service staffs
    – Able to respond to customer’s request flexibly


    – Work experience as service manager or front office manager at 5 stars hotel
    – Experience in high class hotels in Siem Reap will be regarded as plus
    – Good knowledge in Phnom Penh’s map. Able to explain and recommend where to visit for tourists

    Benefit Note:

    *The work schedule would be Mon – Sat half until the hotel starts its operation (currently under construction)
