  • Job Description

    -Review analyze monthly financial reports & drive financial policy with upper manage-ment.
    -Reinforce financial discipline & cost-effectiveness within the company
    -Cashflow monitoring & Management, negotiation with key stakeholders
    -Optimize banking & financial setup
    -Drive sustainability of Finance department with regional standards through SOP draft-ing and implementation.
    -Coordination and reporting to regional teams
    -Drive budgeting process
    -Point of contact for key clients on financial matters
    -Member of regional Finance Manager groups, for regional meetings
    -Lead and supervise accounting staff
    -Ensure secure and smooth running of daily financial operations
    -Closing of monthly accounts, accounts reconciliation
    -Responsible for statutory reporting and ensure its compliance with accounting regula-tions in Cambodia.
    -Review and verify inventory records year end.
    -Reporting to regional teams
    -Closing of monthly tax declaration
    -Closing of ToP declaration with auditor tax audit team
    -Manage audit tax (desk, limited, & comprehensive) matters
    -Ensure timely for tax administration compliance with tax regulation
    -Manager tax audits

    Salary Range: USD1.5K to USD2.4K based on experience

    Job Requirements

      -5+ years corporate finance experience, with budgeting experience
    -5+ years Senior leadership experience in organization
    -3-5 years Finance Manager/Director-preferred
    -MNC experience-preferred
    -Strong analytical and communication skills
    -Excellent communicate in English (speaking & writing)
    -Flexible and able to work under pressure
    -Ability to lead the team
    -Good time management and able to meet deadlines
    -Independent, self-motivated and team player
    -Rigorous, detail-oriented and precise
    -Structured & organized
    -Autonomous & accountable
    -Ready to travel abroad (1 to 3 trips/year)
