Keeps the Chief Financial Officer informed of daily activities, absences and issues relating to their daily schedule and department.
Reviews and routes incoming mail and emails. Prepares outgoing mail.
Composes and types routine internal and external correspondence, memorandums and miscellaneous letters. Compiles and completes reports
Prepares daily itinerary of scheduled meetings. Greets visitors and determines nature of business.
Responsible for daily schedules, including but not limited to board rooms, conference rooms, meetings and conference calls.
Timely and thorough preparation of expense reports
Shows tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast paced environment.
Handles all travel arrangements.
Meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
High School Diploma
Prior experience in a similar administrative role with preferred experience in the financial sector
Highly organized and extremely detailed oriented
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload
Ability to work independently
Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and executes responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Openness to a wide variety of tasks on the administrative spectrum
Able to use Microsoft Office programs
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer
Good planning & organizing skills
Self-initiative, people oriented and strong leadership skill
Bachelor degree is preferable
knowledge of other Asian languages will be an added advantage
From Mon to Thurs (8:00am to 6:00pm, break for lunch from 12pm to 1pm).
On Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) , break for lunch from 12 to 1pm.
Day off: Sat and Sun
