  • Job Description

    • manage receptionists, cooks, housekeepers,…etc.
    • solve resident’s complains
    • check resident’s rent payment
    • receive phone calls from customers
    • clean the environment of service apartment
    • do marketing to promote the service apartment & hotel service
    • check the room availability and allocate customers
    • manage cash & accounts

     

     

    Job Requirements

    • Able to speak English very well to handle foreign customers and management
    • Friendly, good smile and cheerful
    • Able to work in shifts
    • Able to start to work soon
    • Able to work in Toul Kok
    • Able to corporate and communicate with others well
    • Able to take care about others and pay attention to others
    • Patient
    • High IQ score
    • Able to work for a long term
    • Flexible about working day & time

     

    Prefer: 

    • Have hotel management / hospitality experiences, especially 5 stars hotel
    • Able to speak Japanese very well to handle Japanese customers and management
    • Able to speak Korean / Chinese as well
    • Have working experience in a Japanese company

     

    Benefit Note

    • Staff level: up to 500$, Manager level: up to 1,500$
    • 1 day-off per week (work in shifts)
      *morning shift starts from 7:00am
      *night shift starts from 10:30pm (For security reason, they will try not to make female staff work at night time so often)
    • bonus twice per year (0.5 month salary * 2 times)
