Job Description
– Design: Magazine, Banner, Poster, Leaflet, Report, Letterhead, Name card, Staff ID Card., etc. of the company.
– Support help desk and telephone in the office.
– Provide technical support to our office and factory teams
– Work with internet service providers to ensure consistent standards of service undertake speed test and monitor availability.
– Monitoring of data and email backup of the company staffs to ensure that all of their data and email are secure.
– Ensure staff are briefed on IT policy and remind staff of the importance of a weekly emails backup and store of files.
– Ensure the internet and wireless network are secure and working properly.
– Ensure the whole office pc is virus/threat-free.
– Email account management of users and perform setting up of new accounts on the server and on user’s computer or phone.
– Identify problem with email, internet or network and liaise with ISP to fix the problem.
– Monitoring Staff attendance (office and factory) by using Finger Print System to ensure that they are attend to work by the policy of the company and print the report to General Manager.
– Maintain and fix the camera security at office and factory to ensure that it’s working and also can checking by phone properly.
– Company Facebook Management: Advance technical account/page setup, Cover and profile picture design, Photograph, Design and technical writing for posting with the policy of the company, Daily page responsive and monitoring.
– Website checking and reporting to Mr. Ami to fix when having the problem.
– Perform other duties as required by the Operation Manager or General Manager when deemed necessary.
– Check 3 website daily.

– University graduate in IT
– High attention to details

– At least 2-year experience in area of responsibility required
– Maintained and troubleshoot existing system, to perform path and link analysis
– Flexible approach, open to change and willing to support new developments and dependability
– Well organize and priorities work to deliver to deadlines
– Positive attitude, professional behavior and willingness to learn
– Knowledge of LANs, VPN Gateway, network segment, internet system, researching and analyzing skills.
