  • Job Description

      Demand Planning :
    1. To work with CD, Trade Marketing, and BB manager for Activities plan to support demand plan properly
    2. To work with CD, Trade Marketing, and BB manager for Demand volume planning by considering :
    a. the Activities plan,
    b. NPD demand , NPD Pipeline volume, Sampling volume, etc to support business expectation and growth plan
    3. To work with SC Supply Planning team :
    a. to understand the NPD status
    b. to understand the supply status
    c. put demand as the volume during transition both NPD and Existing product which to be delist.
    4. To understand market , the baseline demand, and product seasonality and reflect the realistic volume which need to close discussion and challenging to Senior level and Director properly
    5. To understand the product priority Core of Core product
    6. To provide the Demand KPI such as Forecast accuracy, Forecast Bias, both Core of the Core Products and Normal Products.
    7. To close monitor actual sale at least weekly basis in order to the actual sales vs. demand weekly ratio whether meet with business expectation then announce to team (CD, BB, TM, SC).
    8. Share the Post of sale of NPD after 3 months whether align to business expectation well or not well off take.

    Customer Service :
    1. To work with Sales operation, Sales admin for the customer order in weekly basis
    2. Communicate whether have supply availability vs. customer order
    3. Summary sales performance (TO) to team
    4. To manage inventory at DT (VMI = Vendor manage inventory)
    5. To understand the product priority and activities plan to DT
    6. Contact point if have any concern / issue at DT
    7. Create PO into system
    8. Coordinate with Warehouse team

     

    Job Requirements

      Qualification :
    1. Good command in English both speaking and writing
    2. At least Bachalor degree Business Administration, Statistic, Economic, etc.
    3. Working experience related to the job requirement at least 2-3 years
    4. Good attitude
    5. Positive thinking
    6. Good cooperation with other
    7. Prompt to work hard
    8. Leadership
