To plan and monitor work schedule for customer service and respond to various customers (B2B, B2C)
To monitor sales order on time delivery and coordination for timely delivery and stock material.
To build productive communication with customers
To liaise with other cross functions, I order to keep them inform and involved in creating solutions to problems.
To manage call center teams
Bachelor’s degree of Business administrator in people management
Good at Handling customer experience or supervisory / people management
Good Computer skill such as Microsoft Office programs
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of other Asian languages will be an added advantage
From an international company
From Mon to Thurs (8:00am to 6:00pm, break for lunch from 12pm to 1pm).
On Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) , break for lunch from 12 to 1pm.
– Day off: Sat and Sun
