  • Job Description

















    o Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    o Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
    o Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
    o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    o Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    o Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    o Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
    o Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
    o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    o Go the extra mile to engage customers
    o Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
    o Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
    o Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
    o Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
    o Advise on company information
    o Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
    o Act as the company gatekeeper
    o Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
    o Inform customer of deals and promotions
    o Sell products and services
    o Work with customer service supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
    o Close out or open call records
    o Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
    o Handle changes in policies or renewals
    o Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media


    Job Requirements

      – Graduated BBA in any field, and fresh graduated will be considered
    – Age between 20-40 year-old
    – At least one year experience in receptionist/customer service or any relate ones
    – Good command in English/Chinese or other languages are an advantages
    – Good looking
    – Be friendly and flexible in working time
    – Ability in problem solving
    – Independently and helpful
    – Can work long hour and can take pressure
    – Can work at night time (depend on roster)
