– One day off per week
-Morning Shift: 7:00am to 4:30pm
– Noon Shift: 4:30pm to 2:00am
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
– Process customer accounts and file documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
– Able to speak fluent Khmer & good English.
– Able to typing in Khmer.
– Able to shift work.
– Good communication skills.
– Basic computer skills.
– Able to working on time.
– Able to working under pressure.
– Hard working, Self-commitment and Responsible.
Starting Salary: $250-300
(Commissionwill be provided after 3 months)
