Regular daily inspections of quality and state of items in food store rooms on a minimum of once per day.
Cleaning inspections and checks of all storerooms.
All items are to be received and stored in their correct manner according to storing location, packaging, temperature, light, humidity etc. on a first in first out basis to enable stock rotation.
All food and beverage orders are to be placed according to company policy liaising with Executive Chef, Bar Manager and F&B Manager.
Ensures accurate preparation of all paperwork associated with the movement of all food and liquor stocks to outlets
Monitors food and beverage performance through analysis of daily food covers, sales and cost reports
Undertakes stock takes and produces food and liquor stock summaries
Controls food and beverage budget expense lines.
Takes a proactive approach to activity concerned by Cost Control, anticipating potential opportunities.
Delivers to tight deadlines
Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry
At least 1 years experience in similar position.
Finish high school and/or BBA of administration
Computer literate in Microsoft office and internet and email
Can speak English well for communication
Be able to do purchasing
Be able to check and count all inventories consisted of
Can work under pressure
