  • Job Description

      I.Job Responsibilities:
    – Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint
    – Respond to customer inquiries
    – Handle and resolve customer complaints
    – Provide customers with product and service information
    – Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources
    – Complete a required report in system/send to Team – Leader/Supervisor.


    Job Requirements

      Job Requirements: 

    – Bachelor’s degree (Graduated/under graduated)
    – Good computer and communication skills
    – Good Khmer and English both spoken and written.

    Working time:
    . Shift A: 6:00am-14:00pm
    . Shift A2: 9:00am-14:00pm (part time)
    . Shift B: 14:00pm-22:00pm
    . Shift B1:15:00pm-23:00pm
    . Shift B2:18:00pm-23:00pm (part time)

    Working Conditions 
    – Working day is six days per week
    – One day off per week is rotated
    – Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus
    *** If once candidate is selected, she/he is required to joint training from 8:00am-17:00pm for the first working week.
