– To plan and monitor work schedule for customer service and respond to various customers (B2B, B2C) and determine required action
– To monitor sales order on time delivery and coordination with all cross function for timely delivery, handling complaints and customer satisfaction.
– To fulfill requests
– To build productive communication with customers and to determine the specific problems must be escalated to which cross function within timely manners.
– To liaise with other cross functions, I order to keep them inform and involved in creating solutions to problems.
Bachelor’s degree of Business administrator in people management
Good at Handling customer experience or supervisory / people management
Good Computer skill such as Microsoft Office programs
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer
Good communication & interpersonal skills
knowledge of other Asian languages will be an added advantage
From Mon to Thurs (8:00am to 6:00pm, break for lunch from 12pm to 1pm).
On Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) , break for lunch from 12 to 1pm.
