  • Job Description

      JOB PURPOSE:
    The Business Consultant, under the direction and guidance of the COO and Sales, Marketing and Business Development Director, with assistance and support from Business Development (BD) team, will carry out research projects relating to the company’s investment initiatives for facility development in the project sites; will produce report with strategic recommendations to raise the company profile/reputation by developing investment partnership and promoting the company’s products in order to achieve its business targets.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    •Conduct researches on topics agreed by the COO.
    •Develop draft work plan, research methodology, work program, reporting timelines, logistics, deliverables and communication channels during the consultancy works.
    •Develop research plans, discuss and finalize the plans with the BD team.
    •Conduct technical assessment of the proposed commercial facilities i.e. shopping mall, hotel and school.
    •Consult with potential investors and other stakeholders to develop suitable preliminary architectural design concept of the facilities; develop cost estimate based on the preliminary design concept. Develop the project cost models; develop a comprehensive project financial feasibility assessment with analyses of varying scenarios.
    •Develop draft business plan for the facilities which address project investors’ contribution for development costs and operational costs; recommend revenue sources; develop preliminary cost estimate for development, projects cost financing, operational costs and projected income and expenditure reports for next (x) years.
    •Prepare reports on feasibility of facilities development and other research projects as requested by the COO.
    •Develop network with facilities development investors through networking events, showcases, and seminars/workshops.

     

    Job Requirements

      Education/Experience
    •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required. Master’s degree is preferred.
    •At least 10 years of Commercial Real Estate development or management experience
    •Excellent analytical skills and ability to conduct research projects and analysis of the commercial real estate market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
    •Excellent written and spoken English
    •Ability to lead consultancy works and research projects on commercial real estate
    •Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
    •Strong leadership and negotiation skills
    •Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with investors, contractors and clients
    •Be flexible, detailed, precise, serious and patient
    •Excellent time management
    •Initiative, commitment, honesty, independent and adaptability

    Working Hour: 8am – 5pm (Mon- Half Sat)
