The Business Consultant, under the direction and guidance of the COO and Sales, Marketing and Business Development Director, with assistance and support from Business Development (BD) team, will carry out research projects relating to the company’s investment initiatives for facility development in the project sites; will produce report with strategic recommendations to raise the company profile/reputation by developing investment partnership and promoting the company’s products in order to achieve its business targets.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required. Master’s degree is preferred.
•At least 10 years of Commercial Real Estate development or management experience
•Excellent analytical skills and ability to conduct research projects and analysis of the commercial real estate market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Ability to lead consultancy works and research projects on commercial real estate
•Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
•Strong leadership and negotiation skills
•Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with investors, contractors and clients

Working Hour: 8am – 5pm (Mon- Half Sat)
