1. Analyzing sales and inventory data as weekly, monthly.
2. Preparing action plan and countermeasure to achieve sale target of each category.
3. Responsible for Sale Revenues and Sale Margin for entire Department of Hard Line (Home fashion or Household products)
4. Sourcing of suppliers or potential suppliers in the local and international to ensure assortment is needed according to current trend.
5. Negotiating with supplier for the best term and condition in order to achieve the margin according to company target.
6. Managing the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
7. Ensuring the subordinate to provide good customer service and managing the sale floor.
8. Analyzing and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
9. Planning and organize the promotion plan to align with social event, seasonal event and total company Marketing Plan.
10. Other duties as assigned by Management
University Degree or recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
Having similar experience at least 3 years as merchandiser or operational management.
Good in communication, interpersonal skill and good time management.
Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
Knowledge on Home appliance or Home fashion or Household products is advantage.
