  • Job Description

      The overall job description below outlines the main areas of responsibilities of the Employee:
    – Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to recruit high school and community college students;
    – Develop informational presentations and give the same to target audiences
    – Advise students and parents by providing them with information about academic programs and the University in general;
    – Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment;
    – Implement admissions policies and procedures;
    – Review applications and make admission decisions for students;
    – Communicate with students, parents, heads and Academics about admissions decisions
    – Coordinate, implement and evaluate university sponsored programs for all stages of the recruitment process;
    – Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the management


    Job Requirements

      1. Experience:
    – At least 2-year experience in Tertiary Admissions or similar role
    2. Education:
    – Bachelor’s degree or relevant degrees
    3. Skills/Competencies:
    – Strong understanding of the Admissions function and semester cycles
    – Demonstrated interviewing skills
    – Strong oral and written skills
    – Ability to work independently and as a team
    – Demonstrated ability to make independent judgment and work under pressure
    – Strong interpersonal skills
    – Ability to interact successfully with student body, faculties and administration
