  • Job Description

      – Control Office equipment
    – Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    – Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
    – Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus,leaves, etc)
    – Publish financial, sale & marketing report
    – Respond to enquiries and request from Director
    – Others tasks will be assigned by Admin & sales Manager

     

    Job Requirements

      – Bachelor degree in Management/Admin/Accountant
    – At least 2 or 3 years experiences
    – Be able to write and speak English
    – Can speak Thai or chinese is advantage
    – Proficiency knowledge in computer skills ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
    – Be Able to work under pressure
    – Positive attitude
    – Honest, Hard working and Trustworthy

    **​ Working times : Monday- Saturday ( 8:00 am – 05:00 pm)
