  • Job Description

    •  Do admin tasks and manage admin staff (coordinate company policy , personnel issue(promotion etc,,)maintain office environment, manage office property, handle CSR)
    •  Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
    •  Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
    • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
    •  do other tasks assigned by Director and other manager
    •  communicate with accountant
    •  Writing down Job description
    • create a new company’s policy
    •  Assist HR staff (recruitment, resignation procedure, training, )
    •  do reporting to management and director

     

     

    Job Requirements

    •  Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related
    •  Over 7 years experiences as admin or internal HR
    •  Experience of Admin manager or similar position
    •  Excellent English skill for daily business communication
    •  Coordinating skill to maintain overall company
    •  Possess the sense of responsibility
    •  Clean background (Not with misconduct in previous work place, the reference check to be done before joining)

     

     

    Prefer:

    •  Work experience in international company
    •  Oversea education background
