1. Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner :
Public relation: deal and solve problems with Authorities, Organize (Meeting, Conference, Training and Party)
Documents: Create and Update Rules/Policy/Procedure, contracts (construction, rental, Employee,…), Interprets documents
Office: control fixed assets, maintenances/security/constructions, control on purchase stationary and other equipments.
2. Provide HR support to ensure that staffing in all Geolink Group Units/Branches is maintained in an effective full filment:
Recruitment: prepare job announcement and post recruitment, interview and select candidates.
Employee Conflict resolution and filling: employee’s problem solving and employee records (Personal employee data, Insurance, ATM Card, Recommendation, Warning letter, Settle payment, Annual Leave).
3. Perform other related duties as required In Case of Absence: Replaced by Receptionist, Place of Work: Admin & HR Executive can be asked to work temporarily in another department located in Phnom Penh.
