  • Job Description

      I. Workplace :
    – Working at the Head office of the HIP Co., Ltd.
    – Our operation from Monday – Saturday ( 7:30AM – 11:29AM & 1:00PM – 5:00PM )
    – Break time ( 11:30AM – 12:59AM ).

    II. Report :
    – Report to Purchasing Manager and support Accounting department something.

    III. Scope of working :
    – Completed payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

    IV. Job Content :
    – Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
    – Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
    – Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
    – Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
    – Process check requests
    – Posting vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
    – Control A/P report for processing payment to suppliers with timely
    – Control pretty cash and make cash count for monthly
    – Assist to control stock inventory and doing stock physical count at the end of month
    – Assist in month end closing
    – Other tasks which are assigned Purchasing Manager.

     

    Job Requirements

      V. Qualification & Job Requirements :
    – Education : Students still studying bachelor degree 2years up or related that field
    – Specialty : If have any experience related background Purchasing ” Welcome first “.
    – Working experience : No need experience is also welcomed ( We need Female only ).
    – Personal Character : Good command in English , Able to Use Ms. Word, Excel & Power Point, Internet & E-mail, Good knowledge of Accounting especially in Account Receivable, Good communication skill and team work, Honest, Strong commitment and Long term career goal.
