  • Job Description

      – Control and check daily attendance (finger print).
    – Conduct and process staff payroll monthly.
    – Prepare daily cash and bank receipt
    – Prepare daily sales invoice
    – Data entries into Quick book for Income
    – Prepare sales journal for monthly tax declaration
    – Monthly physical count of inventories
    – Prepare petty cash and reconciliation
    – Prepare daily payment request
    – Prepare schedule payment to suppliers
    – Data entries into quick book for expense
    – Prepare purchase journal for monthly tax declaration
    – Other tasks assigned by managers

     

    Job Requirements

      – Completed Bachelor of Accounting degree
    – 2 year experience in Accounting
    – Speak & write good English
    – Be able to use QB software & MS excel
    – Able to work independently and as a team
    – Able to work under stress & deadlines
    – Honest, good working attitude & responsible
    – Looking to work for long term
    – Understand good customer service
